- Queso - corn tortillas filled with fresh cotija cheese in a chile-onion tomato sauce
- Pollo - corn tortillas filled with chicken in a guajillo sauce with spices
- Mariscos - flour tortillas filled with grilled mahi mahi and shrimp in a creamy chipotle sauce

- Smashed black beans and green rice with chard
- Organic tortilla chips and house-made salsas
