Enchiladas (3 per person)

 

  • Queso - corn tortillas filled with fresh cotija cheese in a chile-onion tomato sauce 
  • Pollo   - corn tortillas filled with chicken in a guajillo sauce with spices
  • Mariscos - flour tortillas filled with grilled mahi mahi and shrimp in a creamy chipotle sauce

 

Side dishes

 

  • Smashed black beans and green rice with chard
  • Organic tortilla chips and house-made salsas
  • Limonada and iced tea

 

Margaritas, beer, wine, salads and desserts are available at an additional cost

    Large serves 60 people - $60
  • Key Lime Pie

  • House lime  prickly pear margaritas (served on the rocks) $7

  • Cerveza (selection of Mexican-style beers) $4
