Catering Rates

The per person rate is $18 (children ½ price) and includes set-up fee, 2 hours of tent use per event and the set menu. Additional items are available and other special requests can be discussed with you. 18% gratuity and tax are additional.

Hosted bar setup/bartender - no charge
No-Host or Cash bar setup/bartender - $75

.Upon receipt of your deposit the prices listed will be secured.

To reserve we require a $300 deposit, which is applied towards the total bill.
One check only. Credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)

Weather

We are unable to control the whims of mother nature, but we do have table top propane heaters and clear side panels for the tents available to help make your dining experience more comfortable if needed. If the weather is totally miserable, we will make every effort to move your group inside the café, but there are no guarantees that this will happen, as the café can be very busy in the summer and it can be difficult to accommodate large groups at the spur of the moment. Usually a scan of our reliable local weather resource the day before an event will give us an idea of what to expect and we will discuss the options with you and either refund or reschedule.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation for non-weather reasons, you must notify us two weeks or more prior to the event. We will refund your deposit less a $25.00 administrative fee.
