• From I-5 north or south:
  Take the NE 45th St exit. At the light turn east towards the University of Washington. (Coming from I-5 south this is a right turn; coming from I-5 north, this is a left turn.) Follow 45th a few blocks until you reach Brooklyn Ave and turn right. Head south on Brooklyn until it ends at Boat Street.  You should see Agua Verde (green building) at the T-intersection.  The Café is street level, the Paddle Club is below at waterside (entrance down the stairs on the west side of building).
  
  

• From westbound SR 520:
  Take the Mountlake Blvd exit. Get in the left hand lane. Go across the bridge and take a left onto Pacific Ave at the light. Stay in the left hand lane and at the 15th Ave light turn left. Boat Street and Agua Verde are one block south on the right.
  
  

• From the Burke-Gilman trail:
  Leave the trail onto either Brooklyn Ave or 15th St. and head south 2 blocks until you reach Boat Street and Agua Verde.
  
  

• From the Water
  We are located on the north shore of Portage Bay between the University and Montlake bridges.  We have guest moorage in Boat Street Marina. Look for signage designating Agua Verde space.  Do not tie up in private or common moorage spaces.
  
  
  
  

Free Parking

The lot directly across the street from the café entrance is available to our customers after 4pm on weekdays and all day Saturday (except during Husky games) and Sundays.

A third lot on the corner of Pacific and Boat Street (across from Recycled Cycles)

Metered Parking

Metered parking is available along Boat Street, Brooklyn Ave and 15th Street.  This parking is free after 6pm,on Sundays and Holidays.
