Paddle Club Guided Tours

 

 

Agua Verde Paddle Club offers guided tours for groups. We can take you out for a Sunset Tour, a Full Moon Tour in the evenings, or a guided paddle through the Ballard Locks. If you wish to schedule a group tour please send an email to tours@aguaverde.com, or call the Paddle Club Office at (206)545-8570 ext. 22. Be sure to include a daytime phone number with your email or phone message.

 

The following tours are designed for individual paddlers and very small groups. We can accommodate no more than four people in each group. If there are more than four people in your group, contact us and we can set up a custom group tour for you (custom group tours are available for groups of twelve or more).

 

 

Paddle Club Public Tours for Setpember!

 

This month we will be offering our public tours on the following dates:

 

New Moon           Tuesday - September 7th    7-9 Pm

Sunset           Wednesday - September 15th    5-7 Pm

Full Moon           Thursday - September 23rd    7-9 Pm

Sunset            Wednesday - September 29th    5-7 Pm

 

Our Public Tours all require reservations, and must be paid in full prior to the date of the event.

All Public Tours are 18+ and are limited to 4 spots per reservation.

New Moon Tours

 

Head west and watch the dying embers of the sun light up Seattle's skyline. Then paddle around Lake Union watching the lights of our unique houseboat community come to life. Return to Agua Verde in the dark of night (with proper running lights, of course!).

 

Full Moon Tours

 

Wander through the trails of the arboretum by the light of the full moon. Paddle around a Native American burial site in the dark and get startled by a beaver warning you of whose territory you’re paddling in. This tour begins and ends at Agua Verde Paddle Club.

 

Sunset Tours

 

The city never looks more beautiful than when the sun is setting and the skyline is glowing with the reflection of the sinking sun and the twinkle of the electric lights inside the skyscrapers. Experience Lake Union and Portage Bay at their most beautiful, while learning about the history and legends of the area. Call or email to sign up!

We come to you

 

We now offer customized kayaking tours at any waterfront location in the Seattle area. Plan an event on Mercer Island, in Kirkland, at Magnusen Park, or at any other location you choose, and we'll bring our kayaks and our kayaking staff to you. Our barges can easily transport kayaks to the location of your choice, and we also have a trailer available for kayaking transportation. This is a great option for corporate events. Combine a picnic in the park with a paddling adventure for an unforgettable teambuilding experience. Call to discuss pricing options.
